Yoga by the sea with June Mercer

Enjoy a yoga weekend in beautiful surroundings at Auchenlarie Holiday Park, Dumfriesshire, Scotland
Friday 16th - Sunday 18th September 2011
Accommodation will be in a twin room in a very comfortable converted farmhouse
adjacent to Auchenlarie Holiday Park (by Gatehouse-of -Fleet)
Arrive after 5pm on Friday for evening meal in the Farmhouse around 7pm.
The course finishes around 4-30pm after yoga on Sunday.
We have the accommodation until 10am on Monday, so stay an extra night if you can!
Yoga sessions will be in a lovely venue by the sea within the holiday park...2 sessions on Saturday and 2 on Sunday.
Meals will be on self-catering basis. The farmhouse has a lovely, well-equipped, spacious kitchen. I'll provide tea, coffee, provisions and stock up the fridge and freezer with vegetarian food. You are welcome to bring anything else you would like and if anyone feels inclined to cook for the group, I'm sure that will be appreciated!
